It stated when I bought it that it was wifi and compatible with SmartThings app. It is not. I complained as soon as I received it and was passed to Samsung who assured me that it is wifi. I have tried everything to get it connected and have failed. Samsung don't get back to me. I bought a washing machine the same time which works perfectly and connects easily so it's not that I don't know what I'm doing. This dryer isn't even listed as a compatible device on SmartThings. It was a lot of money and although it works very well apart from this, I have ended up with a washing machine on the app but a tumble dryer that isn't and that's not what I wanted.

Great bit of kit but drum has developed a very annoying thud so am am awaiting a call out from Samsung repair team. If they can fix it I'll be happy again, right now.. not so much.

Not had for long but tried it out and a little noisy, though dried my towels well. Arrived with a scratch on the door and only option was to receive a small discount as couldn't replace. Other than that, pleased with the purchase so far.

Efficient and no negatives so far. Quiet.

Working great and looks really smart. Still getting used to all of the settings but everything is coming out dry. It would be better if the 5 year Samsung warranty extended to this model but we have a matching washing machine and haven't had any problems in the last 4 years so we're hopeful for the future. It does take slightly longer to dry clothes than our previous dryer but will hopefully be much more economical in the long run.

It drys well and is fairly quiet however the product is not wifi enabled
