Great product, very quiet and looks great.

Fantastic machine works really well - only annoyance is the chiming every time it finishes its cycle!

Great bit of kit but drum has developed a very annoying thud so am am awaiting a call out from Samsung repair team. If they can fix it I'll be happy again, right now.. not so much.

Seems really good. Swapped the way the door opens which was super easy to do. Got the washing machine so works very much the same, would recommend.

Moved to Samsung after previously using Bosch for years. Drum size is really big, clothes come our great and crease free so now less need to iron things. Hoping the heat pump keeps the usage cost down over the years after initially paying that bit more. Really happy so far!
