I trust Samsung as a brand and with £100 off I didn't too much shopping around. It took a couple of hours to get used to. I don't know if I'm putting the right amount of rinse aid in as I can't see anything through the viewing port (but maybe that's because my recover rinse aid is clear and it'll tell me when I need more). It's quiet, the display is nice and unobtrusive, the signal at the end of the cycle is subtle. The cutlery drawer at the top is easier than the old Bosch with the basket. Things are coming out much cleaner than with the old Bosch. The hygeine function, extra hot at the end of the cycle, is good. It looks nice in the kitchen. It seems quite economical. So overall very pleased and I'd recommend it.

Love how quiet this dishwasher is. Especially compared to the last one. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen diner, so this has been fantastic. The cutlery drawer is better than a basket & the lift up bottom basket make it a better experience. Looks great too. Very happy with the purchase

This item looks really stylish in our new kitchen. It's our first dishwasher and we love it! Many different cycles and a half wash option and uses very little energy. I'm really happy with it, and with the 5 year warranty I'll be happy for many more years

We like Samsung ohones, television and other items in our home so thought we'd replace our old dishwasher with a new one, a Samsung. The dishwasher is seriously quiet comparedto every dishwasher we have previously had and we like the top cutlery tray as opposed to the normal basket, great product from a great online retailer!

Liked the idea and brand however the lower rack doesn't fit a standard dinner plate only side plates. Luckily AO returned it and replaced it for a model that does take dinner plates.

Service from AO was excellent, with a courtesy call the day before delivery to confirm all ok. Delivery driver also called before drop off to let me know he was 15 minutes away. Also very pleased with the product, extremely quiet and does a cracking job cleaning everything. So jice to not have to wash up anymore!! Would highly recommend AO for competitive pricing and great customer service. I will definitely use them again in the near future
