I've had dishwashers for 20 plus years and this is the worst one I've ever had. So the tech side of it is amazing - it's Samsung after all but everything else is horrible. It doesn't do a great job at cleaning dishes unless you go back 15 years and use powder and lay the dishes out in a certain manor. The detergent holder catches on any plates in the rack so you have to make sure you move them somewhere else. Really, stick to a brand known for dishwashers, not a tech company who obviously don't seem to do real world testing.

We bought this dishwasher after New Year’s 2021 But is not very good The engineering come in and they look at it and they say is no heating properly They told us you can exchanging or you can have your money back But we don’t know what will be happening but we may have our money back very sad

Really bad dishwasher. We have had it serviced two months after purchase as everything was coming out dirty. The engineer came to replace the sprinklers saying they got blocked with residue. Now, two months after the repair - guess what - still the same problem. The dishes are coming out really dirty, what is the point of having a dishwasher where you need to wash the dishes before you put them into the machine and after you take them out? Also, the official Samsung customer service is not great either. It took initially 3 visits of the engineers to replace the sprinklers, when the issue repeated itself they insist on taking the same route again.

Really not impressed with this dishwasher. The description states it can take 13 place settings but the design of the dishwasher is terrible. It can not take pint glasses in the top draw at all and if you drop it down to the lower arms then the washer hits the plates on the bottom shelf.

Terrible dishwasher, the worst I’ve ever bought. Glasses fall all over the place in the upper basket. Arms don’t move round properly as you can’t put plates and tall glasses in at the same time. Don’t buy this if you want to use for large plates and tall glasses at the same time, but if your plates and crockery are dolls house sizes, it would be great! Incredibly disappointed with this product.

We received this dishwasher yesterday after our old Bosch one finally packed up after 7 years. We held out great things for this dishwasher due to the rest of our kitchen appliances being Samsung. The dishwasher itself looks nice, with the buttons and the screen being very sleek..however that’s all that is really going for it. We haven’t yet used the dishwasher for cleaning but wanted to test the functionality as we read from previous reviews that the arm catches on plates. This is unfortunately true. We overcame this by moving the top drawer up slightly but that then meant normal drinking glasses caught on the cutlery tray at the top. Also, putting too much weight (not fully loaded) on the top shelf causes it to drop down which again, meant the arm kept catching on the plates. The shelves feel very flimsy and don’t slide in and out with ease. The dishwasher door is also very stiff to close and feels poorly made. If it’s not pushed closed directly in the centre, the door only shuts in one corner and still pops out of the other. Can’t comment on the cleaning functionality as unfortunately was just let down by the overall quality of the dishwasher. Will be returning and searching for another Bosch dishwasher.

New dishwasher has arrived and is faulty a week later m still trying to get it sorted. No chance of getting through on any help line due to ‘COVID’ REALLY NOT IMPRESSED NOT WHAT YOU EXPECT AFTER SPENDING £400
