Not impressed with this dishwasher . Plates don’t fit into slots easily. Cutlery tray flimsy. Controls difficult to read due to dark surround. Leaked on the 2 nd day of use, engineered repaired the internal plumbing. Should have looked at other poor reviews before buying! Very disappointed.

We bought this dishwasher 10 months ago and we have had so many issues with it. Samsung engineers have visited our property on so many occasions to fix it but within a short period another issue arises. We had another engineer 2 days ago and already something else has gone wrong. This has caused our family so much stress I wish we had never bought it, we expected so much more from a Samsung product.

Looks lovely, is very quiet, however cleaning performance is terrible. It has broken three times in less than a year and I am again trying to book yet another service as the bottom spray arm is not spinning... Useless machine!

The programmes are like the flight deck on a space shuttle. Far too complicated for what is required. Has an individual tray for cutlery and (not a basket) which is fiddly and time consuming to load. Disappointing and on;y purchased it as it was the only stainless steel model in my price range

Had to completely remove top cutlery draw and use a cutlery basket as the draw seriously limits what you can put in the top basket. Dishwasher cleans reasonably well but not the best. There is no pause button to stop the dishwasher if you need to add anything, you have to open door while it’s in operation - not ideal. Nowhere near as good as my old hotpoint which I’m very surprised about.

Liked the idea and brand however the lower rack doesn't fit a standard dinner plate only side plates. Luckily AO returned it and replaced it for a model that does take dinner plates.

Product feels cheap. The cutlery draw is particularly annoying as the bits are too short to hold the cutlery.

AO were brilliant with the delivery and execution. But the washer itself looks great performs well but doesn’t fit standard size dinnerplate .
