The unit itself was of very good quality and appearance, however the unit failed after its 1st 30 minute wash. It turns out water was leaking inside it. Top cutley basket prevent washing of pint glasses in upper rack, deal-breaker. Returned to AO, would not recommend.

I've had this dishwasher for about a month, so thought my initial feelings about the dishwasher might change - unless you load exactly right cutlery and top shelf are not clean - wet dishes with no drying at all - I hope not to be stuck with this for the next 5 years!

Have just swapped out this dishwasher for a Bosch. We used it for a month and everyone in the family absolutely hated it. As some other reviewers have noted, the inside layout just doesn’t work and half the time the cutlery and cups came out dirty. I thought by moving from a cutlery container in the bottom shelf to a cutlery tray at the top would make more space but I was wrong. Full sized dinner plates don’t fit in the bottom unless you raise the top shelf. If you raise the top shelf your glasses dont fit. And the big tab at the front of the cutlery drawer scrapes across the glasses In the top shelf making it hard to open and close. It frustrated us so much every day that we asked AO if we could change it and for a fee we were able to. Top service from AO.com and we feel better already back with Bosch!

This is the worst dishwasher I have ever used. The racks are impossible to fill with plates, everything hits the top basket meaning you can not use both at the same time. I have tried every program and every type of washing tablet and you have to re-wash most of the load. Full refunds should be offered for this product because it is simply not fit for the intended use. The top cutlery tray is joke taking up so much space and you can not get a refund. DO NOT BUY.

If you want to be able to wash standard size dinner plates, glasses and cutlery at the same time then don't buy this. To wash standard size dinner plates the upper shelf needs to be adjust to it's upper position as the washer arm and plates clash. Unfortunately, with the upper tray in that position you can't fit a pretty standard size glass tumbler in the tray without it clashing with the cutlery tray. The cutlery draw design isn't ideal as it takes up valuable space required lower down in the dishwasher. Also, the limited sweep of the spraying arm leaves items almost unwashed towards the front and rear of the tray. In summary the dishwasher does a poor job of fulfilling it's primary function and will be replaced very quickly when I get frustrated at not been able to wash plates and glasses together.

Very low quality considering its brand we had top of range one recalled and had to replace with this you can really tell the difference knives have gone rusty doesn't dry properly

So the washing and functionality is fine however if you have dishes on the larger side, this isn’t for you. You can raise the upper tray, but then the upper tray is really small due to the cutlery tray above it. It’s a shame because the general functionality is good.

The dishwasher looks great but that's about it. The cutlery tray at the top is the drawback to this machine. It takes away the height it requires to easily fit in plates at the bottom and taller glasses on the top tray. There is not much space for the water to clean your cutlery either so I find that I'm having to clean them by hand after the wash.
