Very pleased with this cleaner. It's extremely effective on both hard floors and carpet and copes easily with pet hairs. I had an earlier version of this cleaner, which was very noisy but the V11 is much quieter. It's also very easy to empty and there is plenty of charge to clean all the house. The only drawback is the cost but you certainly get what you pay for .... Highly recommended.

Great product, cleans really well. The only issue I have is it leaves a line in the carpet as if something is scrapping along as you vacuum, but can live with it.

The suction of this vacuum is second to none. Also lightweight so is great for a 3 story house. Love all the different attachments.

Excellent product. Bought to replace a Dyson V6 and better in every way. Far better dust pick up and battery life. Run time indicator very useful, as is clip that allows a couple of tools to be stored on the extension tube. Powered mini brush great for stairs. Far easier and less messy to empty the bin, and very noticable how much more fine dust it picks up. Only slight downside is that it is heavier to handle but nothing that would stop me using it.

Makes light work of the hoovering! I had wanted something effective but easy to manoeuvre. This Dyson is it! The delivery was spot on time and delivered straight to the front door with correct distancing and mask! Perfect The whole experience brought a smile to my face ...what more could you ask! So much better than our previous cordless vacuum cleaner. Good pickup on carpets and hard floors and the small powered brush is great for cleaning stairs. The battery life is plenty for cleaning our 4-bedroom house. I don’t think our corded machine will be needed any more!

Having had a few dyson cordless products before this is bar far the best in terms of suction and battery power. I can vacuum whole house (3 bed semi) and still have power left before needing a charge. I really like the fact you can control if you need max power, auto or economy and I love the countdown so you know how long until it conks out and needs juice. This is the first cordless product I have had where you get as good a suction especially on max power as a plug in vacuum. For me the various tools it comes with are ok nothing special. The price is the major con in this product but for me so far its been worth it.
