Easy to set up very good pleased I purchased this one

I have a couple of reservations about the notebook laptop. It is quite slow and I had an issue with the on/ off button , which was rectified by contacting AO.com who were brilliant - on the ball with the whole issue and they contacted ASUS the manufacturer. Asus sent me a screen shot of Windows 11 and how I would have to programme it myself to switch itself down, as it was automatically programmed to ' go to sleep' when you first purchase the laptop. I have only just mastered Windows 10, so I had to gear myself up for Windows 11. At the grand age of 60, not exactly Methuselah, but definitely having to keep up with the new Windows as they come out ... I will chalk this up as another learning curve. Other than the two issues raised , it is not a bad budget laptop.

Perfect for everything I need to do, I can watch films and shows and the battery lasts ages. Even the kids love using it.would highly recommended.

Very tactile laptop, easy to navigate with a clear easy to read screen. All as product description. Subtle coloured but attractive casing.

A great little laptop for the price. A little annoying that you cannot download things like Zoom in S mode as it is not a Microsoft product, but it was easy to switch modes. The only gripe I have with this laptop is that even with nothing on it it is still quite slow.
