Bought this on Black Friday deal and am delighted with it. Was looking for a machine that was relatively small and this fitted the bill. It’s my first bean to cup coffee machine and was very easy to set up, and to customise to favourite coffee settings. Needs a few runs through before it starts making coffee at required strength. Once that’s done, coffee is superb and the machine couldn’t be easier to use. Highly recommended.

This is our third Krups bean to cup machine and has disappointed us. The problem is that it has limited settings and produces coffee which is too strong for our taste. We have volume at maximum 180 ml, strength at minimum one bean, coarsest grind yet coffee is still too strong. Our previous Krupp machines worked well and always gave a great taste coffee. We phoned Krupa advice which did not help at all. Now thinking about what we can do next?

This is our second machine after 16 years of impeccable service. The quality in the materials is not what it used to be and the selection of the type of coffee is more complicated than it was. This is a matter of getting used to and we are delighted with the new machine. You won’t be disappointed.

first impressions very poor, arrived without water filter or hardness test, both of which appear in the quick start guide. suspect it has been left out the packet and will be raising with AO. If on the other hand it is not supplied with either, be warned you will need them in order to use the device if you follow the quickstart instructions.

I’ve been deliberating about buying a coffee machine for some time and I am so glad I. Finally decided on one. I did lots of research and ready many reviews and decided on this Krupps one. It doesn’t disappoint. Some trial and error on the beans but not that I’ve found the perfect ones I love it. Fresh real coffee whenever I want.

..of coffee grinding in the morning. It's like being in a coffee shop in my PJ's with no other customers. One of my favourite smells and worth the investment with no pods and grinds easy to dispose of. The Krups machine creates different strengths and can be programmed for long and short cups of coffee and depending on the grind, a wonderful crema. For those, who, like me are a bit lazy at reading instructions; the instructions are fairly simple - and soon you will be experimenting with different coffee beans and blends.

Very good machine. Easy to use. Easy to clean.
