Makes great espresso's and love the fact it's got such a small footprint so doesn't take up huge counter space. The only negative for me is that you cannot fit normal mugs under it so I have had to buy espresso shot glasses to transfer into a standard mug to make a long black. Other than that, I'd say it's the best coffee machine for the price on the market.

Good solid machine and a nice selection of accessories. A bit stubborn about how fine the coffee can be ground (fine line between being totally ok and not being able to push water through)

Very good smart looking and fairly simple to use very pleased . Only thing is instructions don’t explain what it means when the two cup symbols flash for some time .

Not worth the hype or price but as coffee machine go. It's alright.

Small compact machine that does the job

Makes quality, frothy espressos which is a massive jump from making filter coffee with a cafetière. If you want an americano, I find it’s quicker to boil a kettle than to use the nozzle. However, the nozzle, when switched to steam mode does the job of heating milk, or frothing it if for a cappuccino, although it’s not that fast which isn’t surprising for the price. All round it does the job very well though and it looks great on the kitchen worktop. The accessories are also good quality and it was a bonus to have the milk jug included.

I love the product which is something I wanted for some time but I was disappointed after my purchase to find the same item cheaper elsewhere.
