Second time purchasing this machine as I wanted the newer milk frother nozzle. Previous model has been handed down to my daughter. Reliable and simple to use.

I wanted a simple and easy to use first espresso machine and dedica fits the bill. Off course I did face issues with fine coffee ground but I think I am getting used to making right ground coffee. On delivery side , product arrived on promised date and time. Happy me:)

It works well, compact so leaves plenty of worktop space. Good quality finish and looks good

Great 'compact' 'slimline' barista style coffee machine - comes with all the main accessories you need and will fit in between my 2 air-fryers [counter space at a premium!] - wanted one for years : )
