Bit disappointed with the product for how much it cost. The coffee is nice. Because you can set the temperature of that .The only problem I have is with the milk is not hot enough when you make a cappuccino. For example, the coffee is hot, but then when the milk is added, cools the drink down and you can drink it literally straight away apart from that the machine is good

Makes a great latte, flat white etc and it’s easy to use My only gripe which is personal preference is the milk based drinks could do with being hotter That said I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again

the machine works fine but the menu is confusing . It has many options for different drinks but reproducing them to look like the pictures doesn't seem to be possible. If only it could make a decent mug of Americano without going through a lot of manual processes .. and maximum temperature should be a lot hotter. drink always need to be drunk quickly or they'll be cold. I'm a little disappointed

Been wanting one of these machines for ages and finally decided to get one, not disappointed one bit, just what I wanted, just in time for those Christmas espresso martinis!!

Nice machine makes many varieties of coffee free m the bean and also allows you to use ground coffee too. Has a varied milk options in regards froth. Has a hot water spout as well. There is a cleaning function for both the milk container spout and the coffee dispenser. Five stars from me.

Great coffee and pretty easy to use. Is quite slow but I guess that's only to be expected as it is making the coffee from beans but well worth the wait. So far no downsides other than I haven't been able to work out how to make a decent size cappuccino while keeping the coffee strength up.

I expected more from this bean to cup machine. So far it’s definitely not worth the money. The milk based coffee beverages don’t come out as they’re supposed to be - the flat white is too long (approx 300ml), and with a lot of foam instead of a nice, creamy milk texture; the cappuccino and macchiato are on the contrary- too short, and the latte is super watery. I booked a coffee demonstration with Delonghi so hopefully they can help. I assume it might be a case of faulty part as all other reviews are excellent which is what convinced me to buy the machine in the first place.

Excellent product. Extremely easy to use, including emptying and refilling. We replaced an older pod coffee machine with this and its a great upgrade, well worth the price. I like that the milk section comes out and can be stored in the fridge, so you don’t have to poor the correct amount in each time. And it stores your preferences, so once you figure out how you like it you just press one button. The self cleaning automatic functions are also excellent. It’s quite big, but to be expected, so I’d recommend checking the size. Excellent product that I’d highly recommend.
