Great lightweight cleaner, we recently brought home 2 puppies and needed a cleaner to help with the pups mess on the floor, We chose this one as it has the attachment for cleaning the couch,chairs etc and works better then we expected, If you have pets I would recommend this cleaner.

Cleans well, long lead, doesn't soak the carpets, a bit noisy. Overall a good price for the product.

Ok product, but noisy and leaves carpets very wet! For the amount of water it uses very little dirty water sucked up! Feel a little disappointed

Left the carpets a bit wetter than I anticipated. One carpet took over 24 hours.

Its smaller than my vacuum and It’s lighter. It’s simple and easy to use. It does a great job cleaning and the carpets look like new! Now I have it, the next time there’s a spill out it will come ten mins tops and - jobs a Goodun! Very happy with it .

I've given 5 stars due to the fantastic service from AO. I haven't been able to try the carpet washer yet for various reasons but I can't wait to give it a go as soon as I can
