The product was easy to assemble and light weight. Cleans carpets very well.

As a pet vacuum this model is not a good as the older model. The front roller stops rotating after 5 minutes of use due to dog hair. After this the hair soon blocks the right angle tube which then prevents anything entering the top receptacle. I have 2 long haired dogs which the older model dealt with. This model fails as a pet vacuum.

Cleans really well very happy with it, if I had any negative is the handle is more squared which for man old hand makes it a little uncomfortable apart from that cleaned my carpet very well.

on using it is extremely noisy , the two water tanks are easy to clean but not so the perspex at the floor level with the brushes ,how on earth do l clean it or am l meant to unscrew the 8 screws

It’s a bit of a fiddle to get the tanks in place, but does a good job on our carpets and is good value for money
