Broken down machine and disgusting support

Whilst the machine is quiet, it broke down within 6 months of buying it. Sharp warranty customer service are below expectations on the way they deal with a client and the engineer who was meant to come and fix it is completely unreliable - no notification of lateness and when I called him after the agreed 4 h time-frame for the repair appointment has passed, he gave me no indication of what time he will arrive next and acted quite upset that I dared to call and ask when he will make it to the appointment. Unprofessional through and through....
I am left with a broken washing machine, 6 months into having it and no prospects of having it fixed in sight. Not a happy customer!
