Touch screen is awful. You can select the program, temp change etc but the start button very rarely works. You need the patience of a saint, don't think about "sticking a quick wash on" as you leave the house... It'll make you late! I took a video hoping to be able to upload it, but not an option on here sadly

Great washing machine, so quiet and quick. Just remember if you want an old kitchen unit door on the front you will probable have to have the hinge holes re positioned. Other than that very pleased ??

Good machine with plenty of Programs

I can’t believe how pleased I am with this washing machine. My main aim was to get a machine which offered a good range of programmes which I could tweak temp or spin speed etc and that’s what I’ve got. The drum feels spacious and it’s very quiet. I didn’t want to hear it when I was in another room and that is definitely the case. I often have to check it’s actually going. Yes I can hear it when I’m in the same room, it’s not silent, but much quieter than my last machine which cost twice the price. There are some restrictions to how much you can make up your own programmes, certain washes don’t have options of the highest or lowest temperatures or spin speeds and apart from the 60 minute wash, most options are over 2h duration; there isn’t an option for a shortened-cycle (per each option) as with many machines. I’m very impressed with the noise level and the tech that means it doesn’t shake as much. The quietness and range of cycles has made such a huge difference to my washing schedule, thanks Sharp!

The washing machine itself works very well both quiet and efficient ,The problems arouse when i attempted to fit it,firstly as a intergrated washing machine i expected the door hinges to be placed in a standard position which i found to be different to all my other intergrated units. My doors have two different hinge recesses niether fitted which left little room to drill more ,so i had to swap 600mm dor with cupboard unit door that only had one pair of hinge holes and enough room to drill more,secondly,water waste pipe was loose fit on sink so required clip to hold it on ,and lastly very little adjustment on legs, also struggled to find enough depth to fit under units. Still a good quiet in operation washer that is 'a 'rated and looks smart

Ordered the washing machine and the delivery service was smooth and excellent with an hour time slot given plus the gentleman was very helpful. 5 stars. However the appliance is faulty. Contacted the service team which have booked an engineer to attend. This process was efficient however due to illness this has been postponed i understand this cannot be helped. The downside is I have clothes in the washing machine which I am unable to get to due to the fault and the door being locked. I am now attending the laundrette as have 3 children all under 7 which is not helpful. The process without a working machine will be 10 days until the first visit from the engineer. I am hoping they will be able to fix the machine.
