Really heavy, nearly as heavy as the tv, was told not suitable for the 55” tv I bought as it was going on a plastered stud wall, needed to return to ao

The product was defective! It was put together in a manner that made it impossible to fix to the TV or the wall! Our installer had to spend several hours painstakingly taking it apart and reassembling it to match description in guidance notes for installation before it could be fitted, both to the TV and the wall! Whilst we could have returned it as defective that would have meant waited for a replacement delivery and rebooking installation so our installer offered to sort it out as he was there.

Bought the bracket for the TV i purchased as an automatic pop on on AO, however the bracket didn't come with the correct bolt size to attach it to the TV so it was never used, check before purchasing

The product was heavy. We were unable to use it with the tv purchased. Good discount offered when purchased with tv but it is still in box.

Received damaged screen, trying to get hold of someone and phone just keep on ringing with nobody to answer.

I have always brought Sanus brackets but this was a massive let down. First major issue was the screws provided were not suitable/ long enough to hold the TV. I had to buy some additional M8 x 40mm additional cost which I was not expecting from a premier brand such as Sanus, Also the leveling screw is rubbish and has massive amount of play even when fully secured.It will stay level as long as you don't move it which defeats the point. Overall disappointed and would not buy again.

Does not hold 55 inch TV very steady, for the price disappointing
