It makes lots of silly noises when it turns on and finishes etc. Some of it feels cheaply made though like the drawer. Packaging was easy to unwrap other than having to lift it up. Looks nice and is easy to use. Easy to install. Quicker than my old machine.

Wash performance is decent but always a lot of water residue in drum after use. Not sure if common or not but haven’t experienced on other machines owned by only 1200 spin speed. Clothes do come out as wet as expected versus a 1400rpm machine. Bit of a faff starting a cycle. Having to select spin spin speed etc. Silent operation. Much quieter then last Samsung machine. Decent enough machine, wash performance on par with other machines. The slim depth is what I needed as have an old cottage with awful pipe work and didnt want it sticking out like last machine. Overall happy enough. Old machine collected without issue though AO failed to install last machine so didnt bother with connection. 5 year warranty a plus but also a pain to register with LG.

Sleek looking, stylish machine. Runs quietly which was very important to us. Better than A rated efficiency was what swayed the final decision. Very easy to install and operate. The only frustration when compared to our old machine is that the door seal seems to trap water at the end of every wash which needs to be wiped out or left to evaporate.

Very good washing machine and looks great too. Perhaps the 1200 spin doesn’t quite get as much water out of the clothes as my last 1200 spin LG. But still does a great job.

Looks nice, fairly quiet and washes well controls are easy to understand and use.

Looks lovely and matches my kitchen perfectly. It's fits very well in smaller spaces. Only problem is, the 1200 spin speed doesn't get quite as much water out of my clothes as the 1400 did. But I made the compromise for the size of the machine.

Feels quite cheaply made compared to my previous machine, just the plastic drawer and whatnot don't feel as sturdy. However, after 2 weeks of this machine and over 10 washes already it's proving to be a great washer, fits my gap better than my old machine and the flat front door means my autistic child can no longer use my washing machine as a step stool to climb up to the worktop.

I have been happy with this product so far. Have used several programmes and it seems easy to use. Very quiet.
