Replaced my 9 year old Samsung with this LG mainly as it wasn’t as deep as other models. I like the fact you can change the temperature and spin to suit you (something my Samsung didn’t offer). So much quieter than my previous machine. Plays a tune when it’s finished and there’s no delay for the door to unlock! AO delivery excellent as always. Time slot text on the morning and a phone call when they were 20 minutes away. No complaints at all.

I am very happy with my new washing machine. It washes really well and spins well. Being able to change the heat settings and spin settings is extremely helpful. I have washed delicate articles and also two door mats. Both loads were very clean. I am able to put items directly on the washing line without them being too wet.

So far so good! I’ve only had the product a week so can’t say much but I’ve not had any issues with it so far.

Very impressed with this machine so far. It slots nicely in between the cupboards and doesnt stick out like my old Samsung did thanks to the depth being shorter. Quiet machine too and has it's own cleaning function.

Very impressed with how quiet it is, I work at home and spend a lot of time in working form the kitchen and I can easily be on calls with the washing machine on and it not be a distraction. Washes as you’d would hope, and it’s very easy to use. Not a lot of flexibility in the time you have washes on for, but would definitely recommend this product.

Good looking machine. Has everything I require for my washing needs. Is very quiet when spinning. Clothes are washed with minimum detergent. Is A rated so economical and environmentally friendly. Customer friendly machine. Easy to navigate. Would recommend.
