Only had it for a week or so and did a few test loads on different cycles. Seems very good, not too loud, washes well using much less water than my 20-yr old Gorenje used to, and needs less liquid detergent. Also, seems like it needs less time to complete any given cycle, which is a bonus. Spins at 1200 rpm like my old one, yet seems like the load's dryer when I take it out for hanging. Love the so called 'AI washing cycle'. Only don't get why the basic warranty is only for 2, not 5 years.

Machine fitted under the counter well,looks good and so far no complaints along with a 5 year warranty-Great Value for money.

very quiet easy to use

Replaced my 9 year old Samsung with this LG mainly as it wasn’t as deep as other models. I like the fact you can change the temperature and spin to suit you (something my Samsung didn’t offer). So much quieter than my previous machine. Plays a tune when it’s finished and there’s no delay for the door to unlock! AO delivery excellent as always. Time slot text on the morning and a phone call when they were 20 minutes away. No complaints at all.

I am very happy with my new washing machine. It washes really well and spins well. Being able to change the heat settings and spin settings is extremely helpful. I have washed delicate articles and also two door mats. Both loads were very clean. I am able to put items directly on the washing line without them being too wet.

I like LG - my last machine lasted 11 years and I hope this one will do the same. It’s quiet and much quicker than my old machine

Not had the washing machine long and have only done a couple of washes. It worked fine, quietly and even got out some floor adhesive I had got on my trousers. Machine looks good and fits comfortably under the worktop. Looks to be a well made product.

So far so good! I’ve only had the product a week so can’t say much but I’ve not had any issues with it so far.
