I've had this for 6 months. It's a good machine but it's flooded my kitchen twice. Very easy to get a sleeve caught in the door enough to break the seal but not enough to see from the outside or for the machine to notice before switching on.

Very good product.Working well and Quietly. Easy to understand instructions .

checked machine out at a local supplier first to ensure it met our needs before purchasing. We liked its looks but also the fact that it is not as deep as many machines so less to worry about with the services behind the machine. On using it does what it says on the packet and is quiet in use. Registered for warranty easily on line. So far very pleased. Also has wifi connection if your that way inclined.

Fantastic washer. You can choose a whole loads of different washes, and even make your own wash cycle by changing the temperature and spin speed ! I love this !! My clothes come out smelling amazing and so dry, so hardly any extra drying is needed.

Nice, modern, fast, most of all quiet. Lots of programs to choose from especially if you have the app.

What a great washing machine. Had LG washers for the last 20 years or so (2 machines over the 20 years) so when the last one failed to pump out water a couple of times I decided to get a new one. Not the cheapest of options but the shallower depth front to back makes it much easier to get in place and fully under the kitchen worktop. Some of the wash cycles are different to the previous washer but generally it has the same operation BUT there are options that make the cycles that we use most shorter. That means less electricity, which means lower running costs. One concern we had was that we were moving from a 1400 spin speed to 1200 but to be honest we haven't really seen a difference (and looking at the specifications from this machine to a different manufacturer the LG 1200 spin on this machine was removing as much water as the other manufacturer at 1400 spin). WiFi connection is a bit of a gimmick to be honest but it does mean that we will get reminded to do the regular tub-clean cycles. Hope this is going to last as long as the last 2 machines. Firstly it’s a very start piece of machinery, and the wash cycles are super efficient and the silence is deafening ??we live in a open plan bungalow and to not hear the washer is a real welcome.From the get go to the washing machine being delivered by AO was faultless and the follow up call’s were very reassuring ??very happy.
