Very happy with this product. So far, it is working well, looks nice and is much quieter than my old machine. Energy consumption is fairly low & I like that additional cycles are available via the download function and app. It even plays a cheery little jingle when the cycle is done.

So far after a few days having this washing machine I am more than pleased. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is the so called 5 year guarantee, which you have to register with LG. This, so far, I have found impossible to do- either on the phone,or on the internet.

Very pleased that this replacement for my previous LG machine performs just as well and even more quietly.

Bought this to replace our 18 year old LG machine (the pump was failing) and its just as good as the old one. We are really impressed with the LG machines. Really smooth and quiet and it appears to be using a lot less energy. Clothes come out just as clean as before. Its not as deep as the old machine so there is a bit more space at the back for the plumbing

Fantastic washer. You can choose a whole loads of different washes, and even make your own wash cycle by changing the temperature and spin speed ! I love this !! My clothes come out smelling amazing and so dry, so hardly any extra drying is needed.
