Nice to look at but door heavy,spin on wash cycle items still wet,then even using spin cycle items still the same so clothes taking long to dryi should have gone with candy which I had for 10 years

The machine doesn’t look the best of quality looks wise. The lights are also not showing how long the washing is for. The drum is a little noiser than expected., when it is working. It isn’t the best machine I have bought previously but have only had over a week. Probably wouldn’t buy this brand again as I normally buy Bosch.

Wish it washed as well as it sang a tune. A bit disappointed if I’m honest. Was the most we’ve pent on a washing machine and the reviews are good. Nice big 10kg drum. Doesn’t seem to wash our clothes very well and every other cycle comes up with an error code which basically means the drum is off balance and doesn’t do the spin cycle at the end so you have to put it on a rinse and spin because it doesn’t have a spin only cycle, which is 25 mins. Not to mention a normal 40 degree wash program takes 3 hours! Lastly there is not just a standard 40 program so you have to select a 60 and change all the settings to get the program you want which takes about 15 extra button presses. Thoroughly disappointed. Would not recommend.

Great washing machine. Looks really smart. Really quiet and holds loads of washing. Washing comes out really clean! The only thing is that it’s a little confusing to use at first and quite technical. AI wash is great but I have read reviews that it can sometimes not finish the cycle but it hasn’t done that to me! Overall would recommend.

It feels well built and of very good quality. The colour gives it a sleek modern look. After a few uses I can confirm it does an excellent job cleaning clothes. The high spin rate removes the vast majority of water. A few downsides: the smoked colour of the door prevents seeing the washing and with the exception of one program which is about half load, full loads take at least two and a half hours. That said I am absolutely delighted with the machine.
