Still getting used to the different programs, love the text telling me the cycle has finished. Quiet machine compared to my last one.

This machine has really impressed me.  It looks very smart and futuristic with a big black glass door with chrome finish and shiny chrome control knob.  The machine was easy to set up and connected to my phone first time. Working out the best wash cycle was at first a bit daunting, especially as I like to wash a lot of my clothes at 30 degrees, however, I found it easy to customise the temperature and spin type on the different loads to make sure they were what I preferred.  The first thing I noticed was the robust, solid feeling from the machine door and the detergent drawer.  Secondly, the machine was a lot quieter than my old machine and the inside of the drum and detergent drawer were spotlessly clean after wash.  Finally, the wash quality was amazing.  My towels feel fluffier and re-energised, my bedding feels soft and clean and as good as when it was first new, and my clothes look and smell clean, stain free and feel soft and plump.  The wash quality is far superior to any machine I have previously owned. The range of wash cycles is extensive and there are additional cycles that can be downloaded on the app, but only one additional saves on the machine at once.  This is where I was slightly disappointed as I have not found a way to download or programme a wash cycle that will retain the lower 30 degree wash temperature and the maximum 1400 spin cycle.   However, this is overcome by manually altering an existing programme. Having previously had 1600spin machines, I was reticent to have a 1400 spin machine, however, I have not found washing to be excessively wet and I have not seen a disadvantage for having this lower spin model. The smart phone linking is absolutely amazing, especially as my washing machine is located on the ground floor of a town house.  I can instantly see how long is left on a cycle and I receive a push notification when the cycle is finished and when the tub clean cycle is required to be run.  This push notification also helps me manage a busy household's washing as it means I can put the next load on immediately after the cycle finishes without having to guess if the machine has finished yet.  The washing machine timings appear to be really accurate too, no more waiting for "one minute left" that actually takes more like four minutes.   The LED display is super easy to read and counts down to the end of the cycle, and the machine plays a small tune at the end of the cycle which can easily be heard but is not intrusive.

A remarkably quiet machine in an open plan kitchen area with a hard floor. Only a small amount of noise on the highest 1400 spin cycle but a dream compared to my old machine which sounded like a hammer drill going off. Lots of different programs to run washing cycles on which are adaptable if you wish. For instance the 14 minute quick wash maybe too cold or not a high enough spin cycle. For a little more wash time these can easily be adjusted. Also very easy to fit and install. Capacity is also great ranging from king size bedding to smaller washes. Once the wash is complete washer lets you know and then puts itself to sleep. No annoying beeping asking for attention. I'm really pleased with this purchase.

The LG is a good washing machine, works well but slightly dissapointed there are only 2 (longer) programmes that work with the 10KG loads, the Turboswash cycle is only meant for 5KG.

I can t get into the utility room these days with my husband very much in charge of the new LG washer. I eventually was allowed to have a couple of test runs this week and was suitably impressed. The machine , firstly , looks great and fits into our utility room nicely .When I was shown the ropes I could see that the machine weighs the load and picks an appropriate cycle length accordingly...very clever. It is so very frugal with its water intake. Unlike our thirsty old machine, this takes on very little water and then you don t notice much different apart from you don t hear it. This is especially noticeable during the whisper quiet spin cycle.... lovely to be able to hear the TV when the washer is on full spin! Other great bonuses I can see are the 10.5KG load... this is great when I washed our duvet.... the machine swallowed it up with plenty of room. This is a great addition and one my husband is enjoying..... must find him other jobs to fill in this spare time he s gained.!!!!

Very quiet, easy to use and clothes are clean!

Lovely machine, very pleased with this machine. Although, it did come recommended.

For its size it is amazing, washings clothes with ease, loads of different settings, quite and smart looking
