Direct drive definitely quieter.. Install was easy. Interface is easy, downloadable programs means the is one for just about by situation you can think of.

Excellent product. I bought this as a replacement for my previous LG machine which finally died after 14 years service. This one is bigger, quieter and quiet simply great value for money. Here's to the next 15 years

Excellent product so far. Looks really slick and works really well. The ability to operate from a phone is a good idea but it only works if the washing machine is on already - you can’t turn it on via the app so have to make sure it’s on first before operating via the app, by that point you might as well operate from the machine!

Bought this to replace an LG I’d had for thirteen and a half years, if this one lasts half that time it will be worth it. It is a great replacement, has a good choice of different washes as well as a separate spin, even links to my wife’s phone to say when the laundry has finished also has the ability to download a new programme through the app. We are really pleased with this machine, would highly recommend.

I love this washing machine, the massive drum means that I do less washing which in turn saves money. Very easy to use and I love that I can connect it to my phone and download different washing programs.
