Was a little dubious of the more modern washing machines due to the length of wash cycles compared to my previous 13 year old Zanussi machine. However, having chosen this machine I wasn’t disappointed as the wash timings were on a par with my previous machine. Easily installed by my husband and up and running within minutes, instruction booklet was a bit of a minefield but common sense prevailed and I had my first wash going in no time. Again a little dubious about a spin speed of 1400 when my previous machine was 1600 but to be fair I certainly haven’t noticed any difference and ironing seems easier as clothes emerge far less wrinkled. All in all I’m delighted with the machine although it is a bit noisier than the model my daughter has but then it’s in a separate utility room so that’s certainly not a deal breaker.
