Early days but so far so good. Looks great, very quiet & washes better than my old machine. 10.5kg capacity makes a big difference. Looking forward to trying more of the programmes. The app seems to work well & I was very pleased to get a promotional 5 year warranty. Would have have given 4.5 stars if I could.

Direct drive definitely quieter.. Install was easy. Interface is easy, downloadable programs means the is one for just about by situation you can think of.

Excellent product. I bought this as a replacement for my previous LG machine which finally died after 14 years service. This one is bigger, quieter and quiet simply great value for money. Here's to the next 15 years
