Easy to install, lovely and quiet machine. Great to have the 12kg capacity as we are a large farming family with lots of very dirty clothes! Clothes coming out really clean. Only had it installed a week so not tried all the programmes yet, mostly have used the Eco 40 - 60 and Turbo 59. I do miss being able to run a 'rinse' cycle as I did with my old machine, instead there is an 'intensive' setting for very soiled items. The intensive wash does take over 3 hours, whereas with my previous machine I would run a 20 minute rinse then the usual wash cycle. Anyways, thats probaly me just getting used to a new brand of machine, and I havent had to buy one for many years! I also like the happy tune it plays when it starts up and finishes. The App is handy for telling me when the cycle has finished as I can do 2 - 3 loads a day. Very happy overall, I hope it lasts as long as my last machine! :)

My old clothes dryer was 12 years old when it gave up. I had no idea what to replace it with. I love the larger drum as it gives so much more space for clothes to swish around and the spin speed means some clothes can just dry out on hangers. A really good buy for me.

The drum size is massive and has produced great results, as anticipated.
