Meets all expectations, quiet, lost of different washes, clothes smell clean when washed, Would recommend.

We chose this machine as it had one of the top ratings both from the Consumer Magazine, Which, and the Ethical Consumer Magazine. So far it has lived up to expectations so we are very happy with it. One surprise is that it only fills from the cold water supply instead of hot and cold.

Very easy to use and looks really nice in the kitchen

This is an excellent and sturdy washing machine. We've only been using this machine for just over a week, but so far so good. Lots of premium features such a auto dispensing detergent and an option to weigh the laundry. The action of the door mechanism feels great and very smooth and secure. It's very quiet when running too and I've had to check a few times if it's still running! It does play a twinkly tune on start up and completion which may bother some. Overall a very good quality machine.

Very fancy looking for the price and I love the AI setting - it weighs the clothes and suggests the best setting to save on water and energy. Not having to put softener and laundry liquid in every time is also a plus, turning it on from the app is just a bonus!

Took a bit of getting used to as I did not realise that some cycles do not show remaining time until selected as the machine cleverly weighs the load to know how long the cycle will take but I thought these cycles were not working but after a phone call to enquire about this I was told what to do and now I find it the easiest washing machine i ever had. It has automatic dispensing so no need to worry about adding detergents ans softener manually. This will last approximately 35 washes before needing refilling.It’s great just place washing into drum select your cycle and press start couldn’t be easier. Quiet operation. Clothes almost dry after spin. All in all a brilliant machine.
