Smooth, quiet and clever

This is my first LG washing machine, it's replacing an AEG after 4 and a half years. It was easy to install, but took a while to get level. After that it was plain sailing. The auto dose works really well, I don't use softener but you can switch that off if you want to. Loads of programs to use and the washing comes out really fresh and clean. The machine itself is very quiet while going, even on spin, nice little tune when it's finished. So far I am very pleased with it.

Does everything you want a washing machine to do and more, easy to use, great results and low costs. The lg thinq app is big plus.

Great washing machine. Quite different to my old one of 11 years old so much more modern technology but it’s great the app tells you when the washing has finished and you can operate remotely. I can also wash a duvet rather than taking to a launderette. I love it.

Early days but a great improvement on the old machine it replaced. Can't see me using the app as the app doesn't take out or put in the clothes

Great product. Quiet and easy to use

I think this is a great product, and I love all the features, which are boundless.. The large drum is super for a family and the AI program is amazing! The associated app is super too.. What’s not to like!!
