An excellent machine, it’s been a total game changer for our large family! We upgraded from an 11kg hotpoint aqualtis that was 9 years old and WOW, I really notice the difference in how much more I can fit in the machine. The programs are simple and easy to use (just spend time reading the booklet and watch the videos available on YouTube if you’re struggling to understand) whilst providing a good range of cycles for different types of loads. I have literally halved my normal washload time and I feel our clothes are washed more efficiently, we are also saving a fortune on fabric conditioner due to the automatic dispensing facility. I find the little tune played when a wash has finished extremely helpful as I have ADHD and usually forget about washing in the machine lol. Also this machine is incredibly quiet, so much so that I had to keep checking at first that it was actually on, and still on! Overall really impressed with it and would highly recommend this machine.

The large drum is really good. The machine is very quiet. There are a good selection of programmes, including a quick 14 minute. The ez despenser is helpful. Looks good. But: Unless you download the app you can not set a timer. I thought there was a separate stain removal function but there isn't. The steam function did not remove all mud stains from a coat or leave things less creased. There are not many programmes with the option to reduce the temperature to 30°.

Very stylish looking machine, our second LG, I would thoroughly recommend this model. Washing liquid and fabric softener are dispensed automatically from built in containers, we find we are using considerably less of both and the quality of the wash is first class. Additionally it is very quiet and energy efficient, I have no hesitation in recommending this washing machine.

So far so good only had the machine a short time but in that time l have realised l have chosen the right machine.Definitely recommend this machine to anyone.To be honest l have not found anything that has disappointed me.Obviously l cannot say if the machine is reliable l have not had it long enough to judge whether it is or not.
