Previously owed LG washing machine, which lasted for 14 years and just starting to leak so upgraded. Cannot rate this enough. Fantastic product and delivery company for there assistance

I've always bought hotpoint and fancied a change worst thing i did buying this LG Washing Machine, first of all the spin rpm is only 1570 not as it states 1600 rpm and it doesn't boil to the temperature its supposed to so if your clothes are lightly soiled its a good washer, but if there heavy soiled it just doesn't get them clean no matter what detergent you use, so if you've got small children everything will need to go on a boil wash to get there clothes clean, also it states it's a 10.5kg washer and the drum is the exact same size as the 9kg washer, the good thing about it is really quiet when washing and spinning and it looks modern in any kitchen.

Great machine! The size of the drum is brilliant and fits my king-size quilt; even has a duvet setting. Took a bit of tweaking to get level, but is now a lot quieter than my old Hoover washer; and I've not had any of the unbalanced load cut-out problems mentioned by other reviews. The anti-wrinkle function actually reduces creases to some extent, especially noticeable on my daughter's school uniform. Really pleased overall and would recommend.

The machine has been used at home for a week now. No issues, nice and quiet when in use, spins well although I haven't loaded the machine to it's capacity yet.

Again another amazing product, the load capacity and wash quality is fantastic. With 7 of us in the house it has been working very hard and hasn’t batted an eyelid.
