I have done my research on many washing machines and opted for a very good machine and reliability that was still on a reasonable budget, so far I believe I chose well.

So far so good (only 1 week in). I don’t think I’ve got it balanced quite right just yet, even so it’s so much quieter than my previous machine. Fast cycles. Nothing not to like so far.

The washer is a great machine, quite, easy to use and washes very well even at low temperatures. AO were great too, on time with delivery, very good fitting service and disposal of the old machine. Hassle free from start to finish.

This is a direct replacement for machine purchased back in Oct 2021. Hopefully the previous machine just had a glitch as after 4 months the on/off switch just gave up! LG were great as there was nearly a 6 week lead time to get an engineer to visit. Therefore they allowed us a replacement with in 48 hours from AO. Overall all the machine is excellent and can hardly notice when it’s in use!!
