I've always bought hotpoint and fancied a change worst thing i did buying this LG Washing Machine, first of all the spin rpm is only 1570 not as it states 1600 rpm and it doesn't boil to the temperature its supposed to so if your clothes are lightly soiled its a good washer, but if there heavy soiled it just doesn't get them clean no matter what detergent you use, so if you've got small children everything will need to go on a boil wash to get there clothes clean, also it states it's a 10.5kg washer and the drum is the exact same size as the 9kg washer, the good thing about it is really quiet when washing and spinning and it looks modern in any kitchen.

Replacement for a 12 year old similar LG washer that delivered faultless service in a busy family environment. New machine has same extremely quiet operation plus added functions. Looks superb and is slightly more compact than the one it replaced.

I like how this washer let's me know on its app when it's done. Once I leveled its feet it runs very quitely and despite spinning at a very high speed doesn't shake around. It has lots of options for different types of clothing. Only problems: I couldn't figure out how to connect the washer to my wifi without going to YouTube. And adjusting the feet was a bit of an issue as my washer is inside a cupboard on a not especially even stone floor so I couldn't access the rear feet while in place.

It's quite rare that I rate a product 5 stars but this time, I made an exception. The design of the machine is sleek, modern, and would fit nicely into any kitchen. The drum is pretty large, managed to fit cushions, coats, blankets and more with ease and no sacrificing the quality of the wash, which was a great surprise. The TurboWash function managed to get rid of pretty much every stain (and significantly reduced other ones) To get similar results with another washing machine, you'd be looking at well over an hour, possibly with multiple washes. This only took 40 minutes, which was impressive. I didn't notice a massive difference with the reduced iron function as yet, but I'll be continuing to try it out on a greater number of clothing and upholstery items in order to get the maximum sampling range. What really makes this washer stand out though, is the fabric analysing technology. If you own a lot of clothes made from varied fabrics (Silk, linen, some mixed wool blends) this machine is able to get them clean without any damage. In the past, I've been put off from buying more expensive fabrics due to the hassle and difficulty getting them clean without destroying them, This washer has made this more of an option for me now due to the practicality of treating a silk scarf with the same amount of time and effort as washing an old polyester jumper. Extremely impressed so far, delighted to discover how well the features of the product have worked for me, and very much looking forward to continuing with the testing.

Really pleased with this washing machine, I chose a black one to fit in with my other appliances,it has lots of different programs to suit all of my family's washing and is easy to use. Even though I went for a larger wash load size, 10.5 kg instead of the 9kg I had before, it fits into the same space the old one did. I'm also pleased with the sleek look of the door, being flat on the outside it compliments my kitchen very nicely.

Disappointed Keeps stopping due to uneven load whether it’s got bedding in or a light load ? Only had it 6 weeks . The spin is really loud I can hear it at the other end of the house .

I purchased a tumble drier from LG a few weeks ago and was so impressed I had to buy the washer too! When it was delivered I was very eager to try it out and tried a few different cycles. The Turbo wash which is 40 degrees in 39 mins worked really well and the clothes came out noticeably drier and less creased than my previous machine. The other main point was how quiet the machine is. I was very surprised in the difference and really pleased even with the utility room door open, it really doesn't cause much disruption. I haven't downloaded any new wash cycles at the moment as I haven't needed to but looking forward to learning all about the additional features as I go along. Being as eco friendly as possible is really important to us as a family, but with 3 kids and 3 adults in the house, it can be hard. I am really pleased with the A+++ Rating and can see how the smart features will help with this also. A massive plus for us is the 10.5kg drum capacity -we had 8kg before and thought this was big so really pleased now as that adds to less washes and usage in general. Easy to fit a duvet in their etc which is great. Over all really pleased with the look and feel of the machine, it seems very sturdy, well made and a quality product. Other plus points include: The WiFi control reminds you when the was is done and lots of features to use depending on what I need for each child!

Machine looks good but doesn’t wash properly! Disappointed!
