Really pleased with my new washing machine. Only had it one week but based on having my first LG washing machine for 10years why wouldn't I stick with a brand that delivers and works well. Only thing I miss, is the coloured lights of orange and blue which I had in my old machine now are bright white lights. But the white lights means you can read the programme better. The new machine is also more compact. It doesn't stick out. It is more streamlined. Perfect for us.

Great product as expected, and delivery on time as promised??

Nice machine takes about half the time to wash clothes compared to my previous machine. Not very comfortable where you have to use the App to download more programmes. Why does the App want to know your location? I really wonder if the purpose of the App is purely for LG to 'data mine' your information

Excellent product does what it says on the tin, extra capacity worth the extra, load sensing means it uses less electricity and water.

A very quiet and efficient washing machine. It was also really easy doing business with AO.

Product is great for price and quality and much quieter than our old one.
