Disappointed with the door catch door hard to open

Undoubtedly one of the most stylish refrigerators on the market and definitely did not disappoint, in this respect. Just one or two minor cosmetic and functional issues, that you probably wouldn’t expect, considering the price tag! These are obviously manufacturers issues and nothing to do with the supply and delivery process, which was excellent. (Briefly - there are a couple of raised plastic areas on the side of the top, the door latch of the freezer compartment is very tricky to close and the main fridge door needs a very strong pull to get it open) 2 year warranty is a bit disappointing too, as Samsung now offer 5 years as standard and 20 years on the compressor. Nice fridge although as mentioned in previous reviews, the door is harder to open. Our kitchen was built around same spec as last Smeg Fab28 fridge built more than 10 years ago. The new ones are deeper & slightly taller so check your dimensions first

It’s such a beautiful colour and finish, loads of space, but the icebox door is awful, really lets it down. Hard to close, and looks easy to break trying. Otherwise though the fridge is brilliant. it’s well designed and the two drawers are such a good idea. Loads of space in the door too. Just check the depth you have, it is pretty deep and the door is heavy. You have to adjust the feet to tilt it back a touch to make the door swing properly.

Have wanted one of these for a long time. Very happy with it. A quality product save for the door catch on the freezer compartment door which is flimsy and not easy to engage so resulting in de- frosted contents when family members aren’t so careful closing it or in fear of it breaking. It bears no resemblance to the quality of the product overall.

My husband always said that these were style over substance and bought a big American fridge freezer which only lasted a few years. In my opinion her made the wrong choice. This is a great size fridge for the four of us, the ice box is a bonus. The door feels sturdy and well made and yes it is gorgeous but you know what it keeps my food cool and fresh which is a damned site more than the American monstrosity did.

Gorgeous, we are SO thrilled with our new fridge, it’s quiet, fits perfectly into our kitchen, looks so good! From start to finish our experience with AO has been 100% easy and straightforward including the delivery of the fridge which was seamless, thank you ?? HIGHLY Recommend
