Washable filters a big plus and the colour match is great feature when purchasing the hood.

I bought this as a direct replacement for an older Belling cooker hood. Whilst the item is similar, the chimney width has been reduced. This is a little inconvenient as the decor now needs touching up. Otherwise the product is great and has a smooth easy clean surface that is an improvement on the older model.

So far so good, it was easy to install and looks great! Settings are great and LED lights are really bright, just what we wanted.

Brilliant product and when we had a small problem after sales service was excellent

1. The extraction does not work particularly well and it is extremely loud. It is only possible to have a conversation when using the lowest level of extraction but this setting is not powerful enough to be of any use. 2. The buttons to change the different levels of extraction and to turn the hood off make a very loud 'clunk' when you use them, which is irritating and it feels low quality. 2. The lights are bright which is great, but they are positioned at the back of the cooker hood and shine straight down. This means that they shine mostly on the wall the cooker hood is attached to and the very back of the hob. It would have been useful to have lights that are angled inwards to illuminate the hob and cooking area. Overall I am not particularly impressed.

Product easy to fit and set up, however getting the correct filters is a pain as and trying to source them can be difficult, and the manual is next to useless in trying to identify them. Once fitted unit does loose some suction power, but still draws well and is relatively quiet even on full power.
