Superb machine, lots of different wash programs and it’s also super-quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Super quiet with a good selection of washes. The drum cleaning program is also great for maintaining and keeping the appliance smelling fresh.

Brilliant washing machine, lots of features, very quiet and easy to use.

Looked good on paper but unfortunately I needed to send it back as there was a fault. It wasn't as quiet as i thought it would be and it had a weird starting programme. It would squirt water a few times and then start. Also you can only use a full load on certain programmes. I've gone back to Beko!

This machine is very easy to use and can wash a nine kg load in one go, saving both energy and water. The large porthole makes loading large items quick and simple. The comprehensive choice of pre-set programs coupled with the ease of customising them with just a few touches, covers all possible washing situations. The machine is quiet in operation and, hooray, there is no wait for the door to be released once the wash program has finished. It can use detergent powder, liquid and tabs as well as fabric conditioners so everybody's preferences are covered. With a 10 Year Warranty for the Direct Drive motor and 2 Years Parts and Labour on the rest I am confident that the machine will serve me well for many years.

This is my first LG appliance and so far I've been extremely impressed. The build quality is superb, the drum is huge and it's very quiet, to the point where I keep having to check that it's running. The service from AO was superb as always and the delivery process very quick and efficient. They're a great company to deal with, their prices are always very competitive and the whole buying process is very simple.

Great Technology from a business which I didn’t know made Washing Machines. I wanted a direct drive machine to avoid Belts. In the past it has been the Drive Technology which has let our former machines down. Good to know it works very well and is pretty quiet.
