Easy to use controls and user guide informative. Only had the machine a couple of weeks but it doesn’t seem to matter how much load you put in or temp for cotton setting wash time is always 1hr 21min and does not finish at the time expected when using the ‘delay end’ function. Softener dispenser drawer sometimes fills with water emptying it prior to required time in cycle. Very noisy spin which was not the expectation.

When i received the washing machine from ao.com. We had issues from day one. The machine filled up with water overnight when it was not in use. Contacted ao.com customer service number. Informed me to contact the manufacturer. I bought the washing machine from ao.com,why should the customer have to sort any issues with the machine.

Overall, the LG washing machine works well, but I find it frustrating that my normal mixed load takes over 3 hours! There appears to be no deviation from the allotted programmes, e.g a separate spin function, rather a rinse and spin option. Only one programme takes 1 hour 17 minutes, and a short programme of 14 Minutes is not very useful. I wish the description of functions had been clearer on the sales site

Quietest machine I've ever heard. Run machine at night and never hear it. Lots of programmes that I wanted and you have ability to change temp and spin on most programmes, as well as add items during wash. Good size for duvets etc. However the run times of the cycles are too long and cant be reduced, too much energy to run the machine for 3-4 hours at a time. Therefore only using programmes which have less run time, waste of features.

Looks good. Most programs are quite. It's a pain it weighs the load of washing so you are committed before you know the length of the washing cycle.

Usually when you need a new washing machine it is caused by an issue with the previous one leaving you little time to research a new machine as the need to replace the old one is paramount. I'm glad I took the time to research this one as I'm very happy with it. It has good capacity, washes well at low temperatures and the signal marking the end of the wash is much nicer than the previous loud annoying beeps. A good purchase and one I'm satisfied with so far.

Brilliant washing machine, so smart and quiet. I had an LG washing machine before and it lasted ages.

Lovely looking appliance. Washes well but only time will tell as to whether it will deteriorate. 2 downsides are that there isn't an extra spin only cycle and the cycles are quite long compared to my last machine hence the 4 stars. I should've looked more closely at the product description.
