First one did not work flooded kitchen and ruined my flooring, now I have the extra cost to replace

Not good it give the my house water hammer

When i received the washing machine from ao.com. We had issues from day one. The machine filled up with water overnight when it was not in use. Contacted ao.com customer service number. Informed me to contact the manufacturer. I bought the washing machine from ao.com,why should the customer have to sort any issues with the machine.

Looked good on paper but unfortunately I needed to send it back as there was a fault. It wasn't as quiet as i thought it would be and it had a weird starting programme. It would squirt water a few times and then start. Also you can only use a full load on certain programmes. I've gone back to Beko!

Lovely looking machine, but not a patch on the LG one I have owned for the past 14 years. Very noisy on spin, drowns out the telly, as I have open plan kitchen and living room. My older one I use to forget it was operating, it was so quiet.When you open the door after program finishes, the water runs onto the floor, so leaves a puddle, water stays in softener draw too. It does the job, but not overly impressed. My older one was much better.

Shame this only comes with the 2 year and not 5 year warranty, this machine is louder than my previous LG washing Machine but I like the looks of this model with the dark glass door. My previous LG machine was nearly 7 years old before it broke so hopefully the warranty won’t be required on this machine. The delivery from AO was great time slot given and the delivery people were very polite.

Overall, the LG washing machine works well, but I find it frustrating that my normal mixed load takes over 3 hours! There appears to be no deviation from the allotted programmes, e.g a separate spin function, rather a rinse and spin option. Only one programme takes 1 hour 17 minutes, and a short programme of 14 Minutes is not very useful. I wish the description of functions had been clearer on the sales site
