I'm an oap so the technology was a bit daunting at first but after a few experiments with different wash programs i'm now up to speed and over the moon with my LG machine.

Efficient and easy to use

It’s really good, so much quieter than our last one. Cleans really well. It weighs the clothes and adapts to it, only issue I have is not with the machine but the way it works. It injects a bit of water at a time I have an old house so I have pipes clanging about for a few mins supposed to once from our last machine. Apart from that a solid machine so far.

Having broken my old 7kg machine by attempting to wash a pillow, I needed a bigger machine. This one ticked all the boxes - it's modern, quiet to run in my open plan kitchen/living room and because it has a big load, there's plenty of room to wash clothes thoroughly, leaving everything super clean. I was let down by delivery & installation - the 2 blokes who came didn't fit the machine properly and refused to level it, claiming it couldn't be pushed back into the generous space under the counter. It turned out they had rucked up the lino underneath and trapped the waste pipe, so it was stuck. My daughter and I managed to sort it out and manouver it into place (not an easy taks - I have arthritis and she has Fibro) but AO refunded the installation cost when I complained.

When i received the washing machine from ao.com. We had issues from day one. The machine filled up with water overnight when it was not in use. Contacted ao.com customer service number. Informed me to contact the manufacturer. I bought the washing machine from ao.com,why should the customer have to sort any issues with the machine.

Really happy with this product. Good range of washing options and very quiet. Looks the part as well. Good value for money
