Love this washing machine. Looks good, is smart (calculates water and cycle duration depending on load), is quiet, washes well, offers many programmes, has large capacity, and plays musical jingles instead of the usual beeps.

So quiet and lots of wash settings and I can add in forgotten items during the cycle.

Shakes violently and is quite noisy compared to the 10 year old Hotpoint it replaced. Door seal is poorly designed and holds water. Apart from those disappointing facts, it washes well and looks good.

I.ve given 4 stars because we've only had it a week or so it will probably deserve 5if it proves to be reliable, It takes a good load ( think it will take a duvet) runs very quietly and is producing well washed well spun laundry- and on what was an A*** energy rating now B - about as good as it gets- The guys that set it up were very enthusiastic about this model too- encouraging!
