When i received the washing machine from ao.com. We had issues from day one. The machine filled up with water overnight when it was not in use. Contacted ao.com customer service number. Informed me to contact the manufacturer. I bought the washing machine from ao.com,why should the customer have to sort any issues with the machine.

Usually when you need a new washing machine it is caused by an issue with the previous one leaving you little time to research a new machine as the need to replace the old one is paramount. I'm glad I took the time to research this one as I'm very happy with it. It has good capacity, washes well at low temperatures and the signal marking the end of the wash is much nicer than the previous loud annoying beeps. A good purchase and one I'm satisfied with so far.

Looks good. Most programs are quite. It's a pain it weighs the load of washing so you are committed before you know the length of the washing cycle.

Only had it a few weeks seems to be running good we have used it everyday and working perfect. Its a very quiet machine, you can change the spin cycle speed with ease just by clicking a few buttons even does a little song once the wash has completed. One thing that is abit confusing is the dial that you select your wash, instead of a little line that points to each wash theres a little led light that flashed in between each wash but easy to get use to. Price wise was exactly the same as a different company and brought in black friday deals however another company couldnt deliver one until 4 days after the purchase date however ao does next day which was perfect as our old machines bearings went. Overall i would recommend this washing machine as it is quick and simple to use, the price is fair as it being an lg aswell as it is quiet and can do multiple loads of washing throughout the day without struggle.

Still to new for 5 Stars but very good machine , big door opening for easy loading, 9kg load capacity enough for a busy small family of 4 , very quiet spin cycle . Love the intelligent setting , reduces time for smaller loads . Overall very impressed so far.

Excellent product. Easy to use and very quite when spinning at 1400 rpm. We are very happy with our purchase.

Had previous LG Washing Machine for 10 years and it worked perfectly until the end. The new Machine was easy to install and is similarly working well. It is quiet,even during the spin cycle, and produces lovely clean and "dryish" washing. Hopefully for many years to come.
