Drying my first load right now. Slightly confused by product description on website states it is an A+++ rated appliance. Energy sticker that comes with it states it's an A++ rated appliance. One of the reasons for ordering it was because it stated A+++.

Love it, it was so simple to use I’ve got it connected to my phone to tell me when it’s ready. The cycle always says it’s going to take like 230 min but with the drying sensors it’s usually done in half of that time and with the energy rating of A++ it uses barely any.

The quality of the dry is unmatched, we've tried several different wash loads inc. towels, duvets, cotton, mixed loads, sports kit, and they all come out evenly dry and undamaged. The machine is actually quieter than expected. The lower energy use over a longer run time works well and in combination with our solar panels, basically runs for free during the day. It matches our washing machine and even sings the same tune, the two look great together. We would have rated 5 stars but the product was advertised as A+++ energy rating but is actually A++ in the specification document and product manual. Also, although we completely believe it will give the value, it was certainly on the higher end of the price range when we purchased it.

Good function. Only the installation has a bit problem, as the draining pipe of the dryer not long enough and the pipe under my basin has not fitted to the pipe, but no time to figure out the problems, so I can only use the draining box for removing water from the tumble dryer.

Really excellent drier. Clothes come out dry, never too hot and at the time, or quicker than the timer suggests. Nice to have an app linked to the phone so we know when it is done. The drainage hose that came with the drier was easy to fit and means I don’t have to empty the drawer of water. Costs around 12p per minute to use and the most common cycle we use takes about 2 ½ hours.

This tumble dryer started off really well- dried everything reasonably well and was so pleased that it seemed to perform almost as well as a vented dryer with less environmental impact. Unfortunately, its ability to dry has reduced as time has gone on and now I am having to put everything through 2-3 times and it’s still damp and having to go on the drying rack. I have tried: making sure that the water tank for excess water is completely empty before using; cleaning the filter after every partial dry; halving the load etc but even school shirts take about 4 hours. Hopeless. Warranty is only 12 months too, so to get it repaired is going to be expensive. Wish I had bought a vented or condenser dryer now as I used one on holiday and it dried the clothes so quickly it was like a dream.

Works great so far, clothes come out dry and not wrinkled. I ran cotton, duvet, mixed, towel and quick cycles and only with the quick cycle the items came out very slightly moist. I did put in 4 items though instead of the maximum 3 allowed. Another thing that I am not sure about is whether this has reverse action, ao says it does but I don’t think so as the lg website does not mention it and I have only seen it spin in one direction. Based on the past 3 weeks I would recommend this machine it is pricey though.

I love this dryer!! I have been through a few tumble dryers over the years and this is the first I have found that doesn’t shrink your clothes. It is incredibly quiet, super smart looking, light inside the drum which is helpful. This dryer has a ton of features. I am so pleased with my new purchase.
