I bought this freezer to replace my previous freezer which was also Beko. It was 13 years old and still working but I had accidentally broken a drawer. I thought this new one was the same size but the internal layout is better so it feels bigger. Pleased with that of course. One little niggle was the fact that the door opened right to left. Since the majority of people are right handed perhaps Beko could give a choice.

Very pleased with the delivery of my Beko freezer which had been out of stock for some time. However after only 2weeks had a problem with the red light coming on for no reason, resulted in having to remove food and take elsewhere. Eventually light went off, I called Beko service centre trying to find a reason as was concerned about putting more food in freezer. Was advised to ‘monitor’ it. The next evening the light came on again but fortunately went off within approx 1 hour. I contacted the service centre again who have booked an engineer visit for 2 weeks time. Obviously if it doesn’t occur again before the engineer due I will cancel the visit. However it doesn’t give me confidence to stock up my freezer for the Christmas period. I previously had a Beko freezer for approx 15 years so disappointed to experience a problem in such a short time.

This replaced our precious freezer which was over 20 years old and definitely on the way out! Went for this frost free version and my goodness what a difference,no more battling with drawers stuck on ice. The front of the drawers are clear which makes it nice and easy to see what's in them and when they're pulled out they slant forward to make it easier to see what's buried in there. It comes with an nice cube tray, always handy, and a small flat tray, no idea what that is for but no doubt will be handy for something. The top part is for fast freeze which will be useful in the summer for freezing fruit, berries etc. Was surprised how light this freezer is, the other one was like shifting a tank, which was quite nice when getting it into the right spot. Easy to adjust the 2 front legs so it's not wobbling about on a not very even floor. Nice and quiet when it's running. Can't fault it and the price was just right. Beko are a Turkish company, we have a lot of Turkish manufactured machinery at work which are all great so wasn't put off by this. Sometimes I think you pay extra for the name. Very happy with it and even happier there's no weekly battle with it getting the food shop in! Stress over .... !!

Although it's only been a month since ce I bought it and was asked to write this I do think BEKO have come a long way and their products are excellent. The 3/4 height and 5 drawers make it very adaptable and spacious for the average family of 4.

It's a perfect size not too small and not massive, it has a large shelf and 4 deep draws with a quick freeze facility. clear temperature illuminated indicator and a warning bleep, if you leave the door open too long. Its clean elegant design with reversible door opening will enhance any kitchen. My last freezer was a Beko and was still in working order after using it continuously for over 20 years (unfortunately silver did not go with my new kitchen) time testing demonstrated what an excellent reliable, quality product Beko freezers are. you can rely on them for years of service. I would always recommend Beko to everyone, would give this product 10 stars if I could

This freezer is now sold with no top flap or drawer, just an empty space so motor is continuously running to keep cold. User manual shows a drop down flap in diagram and photos show a clear door. I would definitely never have bought it if I had known in advance.

Excellent value for money. I have twice had to throw away expensive American style fridge freezers when they broke down beyond repair after only 7 years. This separate freezer together with a free standing fridge holds as much food at a fraction of the cost. Even if they break down after 7 years and are beyond repair I will still have saved a small fortune.

Exceptional value , easy access to drawers and love the drop down top drawer as its no much easier to put your your ice try in without spilling water all over. Would buy again without hesitation.
