This freezer is now sold with no top flap or drawer, just an empty space so motor is continuously running to keep cold. User manual shows a drop down flap in diagram and photos show a clear door. I would definitely never have bought it if I had known in advance.

The service provided was not what was ordered. A wet installation was part of the order and I took it that this would include changing the hand of the door. On arrival, the installers said they had not been allowed time to do this. On a call to customer service we were told this was not offered on this model. This was not made clear on the website before ordering. We had to do it ourselves which proved to be less than straightforward

Well proportioned freezer for a smaller upright model. It had a very annoying rattle/vibration when running, and I booked an engineer appointment. I then identified the inner panel down the back inside was loose and I tightened the screw at the base. It helped a lot, however the motor and drip tray is still a little noisy and vibrates more than we would like. Its not our first Beko freezer, so are a bit disappointed as this its not as good as our last model

Had two of these, one missing parts and banged up, next one still had a few marks etc. Long and short it does the job but I wouldn't say it's high quality.

The freezer was delivered without one of the drawers. One week later I am still waiting for the drawer to be delivered.

This is the second one of these freezers I have bought. The first one survived 5 years and 1 month. Hopefully this one will last a bit longer. However, it is the cheapest frost free model I could find, and although basic, it does freeze food adequately. Delivery was efficient and courteous.
