It functions perfectly well as a microwave but has some irritating features which I didn’t expect from a high end manufacturer like Bosch. The interior light is very dim and of no practical use. If you interrupt the timed program to check on food when you shut the door again it doesn’t continue the timed period and has to be reset. Most suitable for small household as interior is too small for larger dishes/ containers.

As expected - it does what it says on the tin. Only gripes are general ones to AO and all microwave suppliers, and that is the spacing of the feet - I had to modify the wall brackets for this one because the front feet are spaced closer together than the back ones. and there is a requirement for this microwave to be 4 inches from the left hand wall. This should be stated.

Worst microwave I’ve ever owned. Over heats food at the edge of the plate with the center being stone cold. I would have returned it if I hadn’t used it !!

Great microwave. I have no need for any fancy programmes, just turn the dial for precise minutes & seconds, or press the 30sec/start button repeatedly for 30 second increments. The only irksome thing is that the beeps to say its finished are pre-set to beep 30 times! Its easily changed to beep thrice, but why on earth have the pre-set at 30 anyway?

A nice looking unit, a good medium size. The door opener is a rocker type button, that works really well and the main time controll being a twist knob, means altering timings is easy. Full range of powers avalible. It does have a series of programs that you can set weight info for, but they are only identified as P1, P2 .... so without looking them up in instructions you don't know what they are for. This one fault loses a star from me. The internal hight slightly smaller then previous model but still takes a large casserole dish. Cleans well, nice finish inside. Overall I love the simplicity of this microwave. It is great for a small family. A little more easily accessed information on what the programs are for would make this perfect in my eyes. Oh and the beeping at end of the cycle is less annoying then my 2016 version of this model. A little more expensive then similar size rivals but as always it seems a little bit better made.

Looks good, simple controls, easy to use. A pyrex mixing bowl fits in no problem, there is plenty of room inside. I looked around at others but chose this one for its good looks and ease of use. I am very happy with my choice and happily recommend it.

Bought this microwave to replace an old one and as I now mostly have Bosch appliances I chose this one. It looks great- matches my oven. The controls are easy to use and it functions well.

Microwave is fairly compact, so doesn't take up too much worktop space. Looks quite smart- just gloss black with a stainless steel stripe.
