Brilliant, spacious, drawers open/close better than my last model, really pleased with purchase

Have had a similar beko freezer for ten years, this one is not as good, no temperature indicator and door more difficult to open.

This freezer does what it is meant to. Draws seem a little flimsy so not sure how long they will last and door sticks quick hard. Other than that it freezes the food. So far so good

Overall I am happy with the freezer but I feel the Fast Freeze drawer is bigger than it needs to be and a smaller drawer would have been sufficient. This would have given room for another storage drawer. All in all, good value for money. I like the clear front to the drawers so that you can easily see what is inside. The instructions referred to "Your refrigerator" making me think, at first, that the wrong item had been delivered. Confusing.

Delivery can't be faulted.One of the adjustable legs was broken when we took the packing off. Rang Beko who said they would send replacement out immediately....STILL WAITING....

From ordering off your website to delivery, it was easy, uncomplicated and efficient. The freezer, being upright, is so much easier for me as foods are segregated in various drawers and can be found quickly instead of foraging in my old chest freezer where some products were often forgotten and left at the bottom where I had difficulty reaching. I'm extremely happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone looking for an upright freezer.

This Beko freezer is great ,I love the drop down drawers, no hunting for food at the back. So large I need to buy more supplies to fill it up.love it.
