On unpacking like the exterior finish, found the flaps and draw front to be flimsy. The first time my husband opened the middle draw it came off the runners and on stopping it falling he caught it and the draw front cracked (1 day old) I emailed Beko who after 1 month supplied me with a new draw and front, the front was cracked in the same place, they sent me a 2nd one, that’s also cracked. Not happy as it still drop off the runners so at the moment I’m awaiting a response from Beko as to how they are going to rectify my situation. Love AO though wouldn’t buy from anyone else delivery service excellent.

This freezer has glass shelves which the drawers sit on, the shelves that came with my freezer are too small so when the drawers have food in they all collapse into one another, I have requested new larger glass shelves which are yet to arrive. The top compartment has a door which lifts up and it's easy to forget to close it before you try to close the door, this would be better if it pulled down to open like the compartment below it. Overall the freezer is fine if I can get the shelves replaced it would be more fit for purpose and would have had full stars. I do like the ice tray though.

Discovered that there is no internal lighting. Makes it difficult to find things. Had to buy and fit an external led strip for illumination. Even my 30 yr old freezer had an internal lamp!

It works fine and is quieter than my old one, but you have to manually guess which setting will produce the desired temperature. And the lack of any internal light Is more of a problem than I realised it would be.

It’s ok and I guess does what it says on the tin. Bit irritating that when you try and open the door (on a vinyl floor) the whole freezer wriggles around. Probably would have chosen a different product if I’d seen it in person….guess you get what you pay for :(

Nice freezer but quite a stiff opening and the drawers drop quite a lot when opening more than halfway

This is an exact replacement of an older freezer but has been downgraded. There is no indication of temperature and also no flaps for the fast freeze shelf. On questioning Beko I was told that the shelves work just as well without the flaps, I doubt it! Slightly disappointed, would probably not have bought it.

Bought this freezer as a replacement for my old Beco. Was surprised that the fast freezer sections at the top were open with no flaps. Rang AO who said I’d have to speak with Beco direct which I did. Was advised by their customer services they no longer fit the flaps. I asked how could it fast freeze? They couldn’t really answer but agreed to send me two out (at no cost) for me to fit. Hope they come soon as nothing is freezing in the top two compartments despite the freezer having now been switched on for more than 72 hours. The rest of the freezer with the drawers is working okay. If it wasn’t for this I would’ve given more stars. However the service from AO was really good.
