Not as described. No interior light. No control panel lights. Flaps to fast freeze missing.

Handle fell off second time it was opened 3 weeks ago and still waiting to have it fixed.

I was pleased wit the upright freezer over all that was a replacement for a previous version that could be kept in an outside building. Beko advised that the door could be reversed which was critical for where the freezer was being placed. Unfortunately the instructions had pictures only that did not appeared to be relevant to the process and no instructions at each process level. The reversing kit was not with the instructions but hidden between two ice trays.

Drawers not as deep as my old freezer therefore it will not hold as much food as my old one did although its taller. Wish I had realised this before hand. The top two sections are good as they go right to the back of the freezer. If buying again I would measure the drawers as well as the outside. The freezer seems to work okay but only had for a short time and hopefully not need to defrost it.

There is no internal light & no thermometer.Control switch difficult to turn. Plastic shelves are a bit flimsy.

Downside is it is hard to regulate the temperature

Was told by AI couldn't have door reversed. Later told by human I could. Drawer was broken. Asked for it to be replaced. No problem I will phone Beko and arrange for a new one. I was told will phone you tomorrow by 1.00pm. No call. Rang at 2.30pm spoke to a different operator. Was told he would pass the message on to first operator. 4.30pm. No call from first operator. Rang again and spoke to third operator she said she would speak to Beko herself. !0 mins later call back she had spoken to Beko new drawer arriving 4-5 days. Last operator said no evidence on my notes of Beko being called and no evidence of her being reminded to call me by second operator, Third operator brilliant. Did exactly what she said she would do. Very efficient and polite. Not very good service hence ***

Jury's out - seal seemed inadequate at first and the whole freezer was covered in condensation for the first few days, but appears to be working now... Bought because it can cope with the highs and lows of outbuilding temperatures. Our last Beko worked excellently for many years, I sincerely hope this will do too
